The Guru is not talking about all mentally ill people, but some clinically illnesses are self-created.
After watching this video, I think I won't get annoyed with the cars parked outside my house anymore. The cars are expected to be back soon.
People who don't encounter this problem will never understand. They'll just roll their eyes and think we're petty.
I met someone today, and surprisingly she understood every word I said when I told her about my neighbours.
She, too, lives in a corner lot in a gated and guarded community.
She told me that her neighbour who owns a few cars also park one of his cars outside her house. It's not blocking the gate but sometimes it is hard for her to get her car out or into her house. She says the neighbour also throws tissue paper, cigarette butts and boxes when he comes to get his car. And sometimes when she comes home at night, she'd feel very insecure as there's the car parked outside her house. Who knows if the driver was inside watching her? And what if she unintentionally grazes his car while reversing into the house?
Yes, every word she said also resonated with me. These inconsiderate neighbours treat the place like their own private garage. How would they like it if someone were to do the same thing to them or their family?
But, after watching the video, I am not going to let these contemptible characters take away my inner peace.
